Oak/Walnut Board
This beautiful cutting board is hand-carved by Kansas native, Ken Casto. Ken has made wood creations most of his life and in 2015, he began to specialize in kitchen utensils and cutting boards.
His favorite wood to work with is Osage Orange, or more commonly known as Hedge wood. He also uses Walnut, Oak, Maple, and Pecan, all of which are harvest in Kansas and milled in local sawmills. Ken works out of his home in Grantville, KS. Each piece is handmade uniquely, one at a time, so no two pieces are ever the same.
