Walter Chrysler
Walter P. Chrysler is pictures at a desk in his home in Flint, Michigan, in 1924. In 1916 he took the helm at Buick. When he left the company in 1919, he was one of the richest men in America. In 1925 he launched his own company. Time magazine named him 1929 Man of the Year. Chrysler was named among the top 25 notable Kansans in 2011. From the collections of the Kansas Historical Society, the print was produced for the Kansas Historical Foundation.
